Garage Hive launches IMI-approved front-of-house training

Garage Hive, the community-driven garage management system, has announced the launch of a new IMI-approved training course for front-of-house service advisors.

Delivered at its training centre in Nottingham, the IMI-accredited Garage Hive Service Advisor course equips front-of-house staff with the skills and knowledge to fully leverage Garage Hive’s most advanced tools, enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

“Service advisors are often the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in shaping the garage experience,” said Tom Langridge, Head of Training at Garage Hive. “This course provides them with the practical skills and in-depth understanding needed to harness the full potential of our platform, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and support business growth.”

The two-day course combines interactive workshops, hands-on training, and real-world scenarios to create an engaging and practical learning experience tailored to the needs of front-of-house staff. Delegates who successfully complete the course will also receive 12 months of IMI Affiliate Membership, providing ongoing professional support and resources.

“We’ve already held the first sessions, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Tom. “Front-of-house teams are essential in building trust, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless service journey. This training empowers them to maximise efficiency, improve customer interactions, and deliver a professional experience that sets independent garages apart.”
