ZF Aftermarket will be showcasing its cutting-edge training schemes through its ZF [pro]Tech initiative at the upcoming UK Garage and Bodyshop Event, scheduled to take place from 5th to 6th June, at the NEC in Birmingham.

The ZF team of experts will be on hand to provide attendees with invaluable insights into electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid training, as well as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration.

What’s more, the first 25 workshops registering for ZF [pro]Tech start on both days of the show will receive a complimentary ZF [pro]Tech inspection torch, making this an opportunity not to be missed.

ZF Aftermarket's ZF [pro]Tech initiative is aimed at enhancing the skills of technicians and providing workshops with the resources they need to excel in today's rapidly evolving automotive landscape.

With free registration to ZF [pro]Tech start being offered to attendees at the event, workshops can unlock a range of exclusive benefits, including: Access to vehicle-specific installation instructions for over 15,000 models; up-to-date knowledge direct from the manufacturer; and technical tips and service hotline support.

Darren Lloyd, Technical and Training Manager at ZF Aftermarket UK, said: "Ongoing training ensures that technicians stay updated with the latest developments and can effectively diagnose and repair modern vehicles. It also ensures that they can continue to offer quality service, safety standards aren’t compromised, and they stay ahead of and comply with the latest regulations.

“UKGBE provides the perfect platform for us to spread this message far and wide and connect with forward-thinking technicians looking to enhance their offerings and invest in their professional development."

ZF Aftermarket will also have its new Nissan Leaf training vehicle on stand. This vehicle will facilitate the delivery of IMI Level 2 and 3 qualifications for hybrid and electric vehicle repair, as well as calibration and diagnosis of ADAS systems.

Lloyd continued: "We’re excited to showcase our Nissan Leaf training vehicle at this year’s show, highlighting our commitment to providing essential industry qualifications to the industry via our ZF [pro]Tech garage network. With over one million electric vehicles now registered on UK roads, it's imperative that technicians are equipped with the skills to service these vehicles effectively."
